Due to the nature of our services, sessions, digital products, packages, memberships, workshops, classes, and specialty offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Packages Specific:  Package session rates non-refundable.  However, they are shareable.  Feel free to share with family and friends. They are meant to be used by you or anyone you wish to share them with.

Package sessions never expire.

Memberships Specific:  Membership sessions are designed to reward consistency and commitment through discounted session pricing. Membership payments are non-refundable. If a membership is canceled before the agreed commitment period is completed, previously discounted sessions will be recalculated at the regular session rate, and the remaining balance difference will be charge.

These sessions are for the member specifically and not meant to be shared.

Gift certificates, classes, workshops, and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved by Harmonic Life Studio.

Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused, unopended and in original condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned for sanitary and safety reasons.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee or session forfeiture.
